About our BOT model

CBTW’s Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model helps international companies establish and scale dedicated software development centers in Vietnam. We build the local team, manage recruitment, HR, operations, compliance, and infrastructure, while the client retains full control of product strategy and delivery. After a defined operating period, the team and operations can be transferred into the client’s full ownership, creating a sustainable long-term engineering capability in Vietnam.
