About the role

 

This is a learning and growth role intended to build foundational full-stack engineering skills. You will be joining our Engineering team responsible for the development and delivery of our recruitment management platform, where you will support the team, learn our codebase, and contribute to software delivery under the mentorship of experienced engineers.

 

Responsibilities

  • Learn and follow team standards for coding, code reviews, and testing
  • Assist in the design, development, and testing of software components
  • Participate in team rituals including grooming, estimation, and sprint planning
  • Proactively seek feedback and help to improve your approach to software development

How will this position be evaluated in the first 3, 6 & 12 months?

  • 3 Months: Focus on learning the tech stack and team rituals; begin contributing small, supervised tasks and grow product knowledge.
  • 6 Months: Write clear code with guidance; participate effectively in grooming sessions; increase autonomy in task completion.
  • 12 Months: Consistently deliver high-quality code with minimal guidance; actively contribute to workshops; show clear growth toward a mid-level engineering role.

Qualifications

  • Foundational knowledge of .NET Core and C#
  • Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular or React)
  • Awareness of CI/CD concepts and cloud
  • Fluent English communication, both verbal and written
  • You are excited about learning and applying AI tools
  • Eager to learn, collaborative mindset, not afraid to ask for help
