Responsibilities

  • Provide consultancy to clients on architectural frameworks, methodologies, and best practices. 
  • Assess technology suitability, product viability, and alignment with business and technical requirements. 
  • Lead technical discussions and architecture workshops with stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Support planning, design, and optimizing application architecture and deployment environments. 
  • Analyze and resolve complex performance, scalability, availability, and integration challenges. 
  • Lead root-cause analysis and troubleshooting for production incidents. 
  • Recommend and implement architectural improvements 
  • Mentor engineers and architects, fostering technical growth and engineering excellence. 
  • Drive AI adoption strategies, participate in the process of evaluating, piloting, and integrating AI solutions. 
  • Our technical stack: NodeJS, ReactJs 

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as Technical Lead or Technical Architect 
  • Strong background in web/mobile development, distributed systems, and scalable architecture design. 
  • Strong knowledge of application security principles and enterprise security standards. 
  • Deep understanding of design patterns, architecture principles, coding standards, and code quality. 
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and R&D capabilities. 
  • Expertise in code quality, coding standards, design patterns, and principles 
  • Experience in technical leadership and coaching 
  • Fluency in English and strong communication skills  
  • Reliable, trustworthy and having professional integrity 
  • Be happy to coach, mentor and train less-senior colleagues
