Leveraging its global workforce and experience in onshore/offshore balanced projects, CBTW undertakes not only configuration and enhancement activities but also major deployments with responsibility for complete upgrades, implementations and then providing post-live support services.

In line with our expansion plan, we are looking for a Lead Technical Consultant to join our talented team to contribute to CBTW’s growth and help us maintain our position as an innovative company.

• Take responsibility for appropriate areas in line with the defined Project Management and SDLC process as part of T24 upgrade & implementation.
• Participate in design, development, integration, testing, data migration, cutover plans, and execution.
• Handle the technical upgrade to latest T24 R21 – R24 TAFJ release independently.
• Provide clear technical direction, mentor team members, review code, and ensure alignment with project goals and best practices.
• Provide consultancy to clients/project team on best practices and recommend best fit solutions.
• Document specifications and other project artefacts required with good quality.
• Lead technical strategy discussions where required including documenting agreed strategies for sign. off by the client and ensure solutions are in accordance with the agreed strategy
• Reviews and feedback on technical deliverables of the client like IRDs, mapping documents etc.
• Take part in technical and environment management activities based on project needs (includes packaging and installation of delivery packages, patches, updates, upgrades, COB runs, database administration etc.)
• Support client/project teams on technical design, system architecture, admin activities on the testing/production environments of the client or Temenos data centre for Cloud-based deployments.
• Assist in the Change management process on technical reviews, estimation

Required Skill Set:

• Degree in IT/Technology related disciplines.
• Fluent English, both written and communication skills.
• 12+ years of experience in Transact upgrade or conversion projects.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams.
• Good experience in Transact product, module, technical components installation and configuration.
• Good experience in writing TSD, IDD and IRDs
• Expert in Info basic, L3 Java, EF programming skills.
• TLC Certified – TAFJ & Upgrade Certification.
