AI Solutions Consultant

We are looking for an AI Solutions Consultant to drive AI assessments, client advisory, and solution shaping.

This is a client-facing consulting role focused on helping organizations understand where and how AI can create real value, and translating that into concrete initiatives and solution concepts.

The role sits at the intersection of consulting, pre-sales, and solution design. You will work closely with leadership, clients, and AI architects to:

• Identify high-value AI opportunities across engineering, product, and operations
• Execute structured AI assessments to evaluate maturity, gaps, and potential
• Translate findings into practical solution approaches, architectures, and next steps

A key part of the role is moving from analysis to tangible outcomes. This includes:

• Defining high-level solution architectures and implementation approaches
• Contributing to or guiding prototypes to validate ideas
• Ensuring proposed solutions are realistic, scalable, and aligned with client environments

You act as the bridge between business and technology:

• With clients, you bring structure and clarity to complex AI topics
• Internally, you translate business needs into actionable solution directions for technical teams

Success in this role means turning AI potential into clear, actionable solutions that can be implemented and scaled.

AI Assessment & Advisory

• Design and execute structured AI assessments (e.g., AI SDLC maturity, AI readiness, delivery optimization)
• Conduct workshops and interviews with client stakeholders across engineering, product, and data teams
• Identify AI use cases, delivery bottlenecks, and data readiness gaps
• Define measurable baselines (e.g., delivery performance, quality, efficiency)
• Deliver clear, executive-level findings and prioritized roadmaps

Pre-Sales & Client Engagement

• Support and lead client conversations with CTOs, CIOs, and engineering leaders
• Clearly position AI offerings such as AI assessments, delivery optimization programs, and governance initiatives
• Contribute to proposals, pitches, and deal structuring

Solution Design

• Translate assessment results into high-level solution concepts and architectures
• Identify opportunities for AI-enabled improvements (e.g., SDLC optimization, RAG, AI agents, automation)
• Collaborate with AI Architects to define detailed technical solutions and implementation approaches

Background

• 5–10+ years of experience in technology consulting, software engineering, architecture, or pre-sales
• Strong client-facing experience with senior stakeholders

AI & Technology Understanding

• Solid understanding of:
• AI/ML fundamentals and LLM concepts
• Software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Designing AI-enabled solutions and architectures
• Strong practical understanding of modern AI systems, with hands-on experience or direct involvement in real projects, including:
• LLMs, RAG, vector databases
• AI agents and workflow automation concepts
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Coding is not required, but hands-on exposure is mandatory (e.g., building PoCs, working closely with engineering teams, or leading AI solution design).

Consulting & Communication

• Strong problem-structuring and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to both technical and business audiences
• Confident in leading workshops and executive discussions
• Professional English proficiency (minimum B2, ideally C1)

What Success Looks Like

• Successfully deliver multiple AI assessments with clear, actionable outcomes
• Convert assessments into follow-up engagements (implementation, advisory, or platform deals)
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders
• Contribute to scalable, repeatable AI offerings and sales playbook
