Overview of the Role:

CBTW delivers its services through five technological Service Lines:

Software Engineering, Cloud & Enterprise Platforms, Data Analytics & AI, Cybersecurity, Strategy Governance & Transformation.

In a competitive landscape where security and compliance are non‑negotiable, we are strengthening our security governance capabilities by creating two positions of Delivery Security & Governance Referent, fully embedded within the Service Lines.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Actively participate in the central security committee.
  • Serve as the key liaison between the Service Line and the central security committee:

-Escalate Service Line–specific issues.

-Contribute to governance decisions and strategic arbitrations.

-Communicate decisions back to the SL.

-Promote and enforce adherence to internal security policies.

  • Support the preparation of RFP responses related to the SL’s services.
  • Ensure proper implementation of security policies across all SL‑delivered projects and validate compliance of deliverables.
  • Oversee documentation practices, ensuring proper labeling and classification according to internal guidelines.
  • Identify changes in the SL’s assets and ensure alignment with the change management policy.
  • Support updates to the SL’s risk landscape and security posture.
  • Contribute to remediation plans and monitor their execution in collaboration with the CISO.
  • Document and follow up on security incidents related to SL activities.
  • Lead the SL’s local Security Management Committee.
  • Participate in cross‑Service Line internal audits.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and engage in technical environments.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Strong sense of rigor and discipline.
  • Proficiency with AI‑assisted tools and practices.
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001 is an asset.
