Responsibilities

Our Junior Product Implementation Administrator will configure Creditorwatch SaaS products for our customers and provide implementation support to product consultants and customer service areas. 

 

The primary function of this role is to ensure that customer implementations for ApplyEasy, Collect, and/or PPSR customers are delivered in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. 

 

In addition you will: 

  • Implement Essentials implementations of ApplyEasy, Collect and/or PPSR 

  • Provide triage to internally raised tickets regarding the related products 

 Some of your responsibilities include and are not limited to: 

 

  • Accurately implement the configuration of Essentials Size CreditorWatch SaaS Products as per the requirements provided by the Product Consultants for New Customers across ApplyEasy, Collect, and/or PPSR. 

  • Comprehend and implement the configuration of changes to Essentials and Standard Size CreditorWatch SaaS Products provided by Product Consultants, Customer Service and / or Sales Team across ApplyEasy, Collect, and/or PPSR. 

  • Ensure Cases assigned to you are actioned within the KPIs specifically related to that Product and Request Type. 

  • Effectively communicate and engage with the Case Requester upon resolving an Implementation Request to ensure accurate handover. 

  • Attend and participate in Internal Meetings relating to Queue Management, Escalations, Process Updates, and / or Product Feature Releases. 

  • Collaborate effectively with Internal Teams across Product, Delivery, Sales, Customer Service and Customer Success to ensure implementation of SaaS Products using Teams, Slack, Salesforce, Jira and Outlook. 

  • Effectively manage your time each day to ensure your assigned tasks are completed as per their priority levels as advised by your Team Lead. 

  • Effectively communicate and escalate when needed directly to your Team Lead 

  • Top 5’s ; Set and meet structured milestones in the format of Thirdly “Top5s” 

Qualifications

A proven ability working within similar products or roles is advantageous 

 

  • An ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of the Commercial Credit industry 

  • Great English verbal and written communication skills 

  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills 

  • Excellent time management skills 

  • Self-motivated and organised with an ability to prioritise
