Overview

As ERP Referent, you will finalize Microsoft Dynamics NAV deployment in all group entities (10 countries in EMEA, 7 countries in APAC, 3 in Americas, with potentially several entities per country).

As most of the interactions would be with EMEA time zone, work shift is on midshaft basis: 12 PM à 9 PM. This shift is flexible with potential punctual adjustments to be able to interact with APAC and NA time zones (8 AM à 5 PM).

You will be part of Information System Team, present in Europe and in Manila – Philippines, and will have to interact with developers, administrators and security managers.

Functionally speaking, you will interact with users in Accounting / Finance, Sales, Project management and HR fields.

 

Responsibilities

  • Microsoft Dynamics NAV functional referent : training workshops, initial training and step-by-step support for new joiners ;
  • Level 2 support on ERP incidents
  • Writing and updating functional documentation on ERP, and validation of master documentation for support level 1 ;
  • Detailed functional qualification on enhancements and advanced customization, follow up of backlog and pending developments ;
  • Perform settings in accordance with business requirements and group policies
  • Coordination of deployment and enhancement projects (ERP must be deployed in all entities of the group).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or general management
  • Good Knowledge of an ERP, ideally Microsoft Dynamics Nav.
  • Fluency in English, ability to practice another European language would be appreciated
  • Ability to write documentation for final users, and for administrators.
  • Motivation, rigor, and autonomy will be key of success for this position.
  • Functional knowledge of Dynamics Nav / Dynamics 365 BC, accounting module is a must.
  • Key concepts of accounting.
  • Business analysis technics: gathering requirements, writing specification including, follow up of development if applicable, driving tests, communication to stakeholders and impacted users;
  • Writing structured documentation.
