Overview

As an IT Project Manager, you will work together with an international team, mainly located in Asia and Europe (20 coworkers in Manila).

Goal of the position is to ensure continuous delivery of our internal tools, mainly Human Resources tools : Recruitment, Profiles, Skills, Trainings, Learning platform.

Responsibilities

Process alignment and user engagement:

 

  • Federate an international stakeholder community to define common vision and business processes;
  • Qualify changes, define user acceptance criteria and test plans;
  • Maintain end user documentation, and learning materials;
  • Organize training sessions with key users.

 

Reporting and KPI:

  • Qualify reporting needs in your functional area (HR data);
  • Follow development of dashboard by BI developer, and validate relevance of KPI measured;
  • Guarantee data quality providing necessary documentation, guidance and monitoring;
  • Ensure continuous improvement of reporting and KPIs, based on stakeholders insights.

CBTW is certified ISO 27001, therefore documentation of changes, and processes related to information security are very important.

WORK SHIFT:

  • Most of interactions with stakeholders is on EMEA timezone.
  • Therefore, this position needs a compatible work shift : 3 PM to 12 AM, which can be adjusted 2 PM to 11 PM when working on-site.
  • Hybrid setup, with 4 days of work from office every 2 weeks.

 

Qualifications

Must have :

  • Bachelor degree in management or engineering
  • A first experience related to information system management
  • Fluency in English, other European language would be appreciated.
  • Excellent oral communication skills: you are able to lead a workshop of 5 to 10 people, understand and challenge their requirements, give trainings to end-users, and explain complex things in a simple way.
  • Excellent written communication skills: you are able to write user requirements and user guides in English
  • Good analytical skills: you like solving puzzles, you are interested in understanding how things work, you have affinity with IT and data management, you anticipate obstacles
  • Creativity: you like to think outside the box and suggest ideas for improvements
  • Proactivity and autonomy

Nice to have:

  • Experience with any enterprise software (CRM, ERP, HRIS)
  • Experience with BPMN or UML modelling (Flow diagrams, use cases)
  • Experience with Design (wireframing, mock-ups)
  • Experience with Data modelling
  • Experience with Agile methods (backlog management, User stories)
