• Collaborate closely with the Marketing department to build and optimize our WordPress-based websites and landing pages.
• Develop and maintain high-performance, scalable WordPress solutions that enhance user experience and support marketing goals.
• Continuously improve the performance, accessibility, and usability of our web platforms through modern best practices and experimentation.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other engineers in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative environment.
• Implement best practices for website security, including plugin management, vulnerability monitoring, and secure coding standards.
• Provide continuous support and guidance to less senior colleagues through regular coaching activities and support them in fulfilling their personal development plans

• Proficiency in PHP and good experience with WordPress and website builder such as Elementor · Hands-on experience with WordPress hosting such as WordPress engine
• Have experience Restful API service
• Experience in using HTML5, CSS3, JS, responsive design and SEO optimize
• Develop and document technical standards for the company platform.
• Follow development standards such as Git, Agile
• Be able to work independently
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal & written), especially in the global software development environment.
• Basic knowledge or experience of using cloud platforms (AWS is preferable)
