You will work within cross-functional Agile teams on projects and extensional initiatives to deliver high-quality applications built with NodeJS, .NET, Sitecore, modern JavaScript frameworks (including ReactJS and AngularJS). 

• Build dynamic UI components, ensuring technical feasibility of UI/UX designs 

• Develop and maintain .NET Core APIs and web applications 

• Design, develop, and maintain Sitecore/.NET applications, ensuring usability and performance 

• Use tools like Axios, Fetch, Webpack, Yarn/NPM, Jest, and React Testing Library for development, testing, and optimization 

• Maintain and enhance websites, ensuring cross-browser compatibility using tools like Babel or SWC 

• Follow best practices for coding, testing, documentation, and version control (Git) 

• Mentor junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing 

• Effectively plan, prioritize, and report progress on tasks 

• Take initiative to improve processes, performance, and technical outcomes 

• Communicate professionally with team members and stakeholders 

• Tertiary qualification in IT or a related field
• Certified Sitecore Developer 

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS/SCSS, and modern frontend build tools (Webpack, Vite, etc.) 

• Solid experience with .NET Core and API development using C# or Node.js 

• Hands-on Sitecore development, including Solr search, XP topologies, analytics, and best practices (security, caching, workflows) 

• Skilled in API integration, system analysis, and functional/technical solution design 

• Experience with unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library) and mocking frameworks 
• Working experience with build tools such as Webpack, Vite, Rollup, etc.
• Experience with git version control and agile concepts
• Understanding of internet security issues and mitigation strategies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
