Responsibilities

You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all employees. Your responsibilities will include:

  • On-boarding coordination: Partnering with cross-functional teams, including Recruitment, L&D, Office Operations, and IT, to smoothly facilitate the onboarding process for new hires in assigned teams.
  • Orientation: Lead induction sessions for new hires in each designated team to ensure a successful onboarding experience.
  • Probation/ performance appraisals: Collaborate with team managers to conduct probation/ performance appraisals for new hires including the learning report, self-review, peer-reviews, and manager's assessment.
  • Timesheet administrationProcess timesheets for monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy and resolving any related issues.
  • Off-boarding coordination: Work with related teams to make sure the whole process runs smoothly and ensure a positive experience for exiting employees.
  • HRIS: Manage and update employee information on HR systems, and generate reports upon management's requests.
  • HR reports: Track and provide monthly reports and analysis on new hires and employee attrition for the designated teams.
  • Employment administration: Prepare, process, and file labor contracts, NDAs, appendixes, termination decisions, and other written agreements for the designated business entity.
  • Referral program verification: Assist in checking referral bonus requests.
  • HR Helpdesk: Provide information and guidance to employees related to systems, HR-related processes, and policies.
  • Employee engagement: Organize and support engagement initiatives such as sports activities, the Moon Festival, and other internal events to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Continuous improvement: Obtain and convey feedback while contributing ideas to improve the current processes and policies.

Qualifications

  • You have at least 03 years of experience in a similar job.
  • You can speak English fluently and possess good English business writing skills.
  • You love working with people and you are motivated to ensure others have a pleasant working experience. 
  • You have in-depth knowledge concerning the labor code, employment law, compulsory insurances, and personal income tax.
  • You are familiar with office applications (Microsoft 365).
  • You are a logical thinker.
  • You are a self-motivated, self-confident, detail-oriented, hard working, careful, and proactive person.
  • Experience working in IT industry is a plus.
