You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all employees. Your responsibilities will include:
- On-boarding coordination: Partnering with cross-functional teams, including Recruitment, L&D, Office Operations, and IT, to smoothly facilitate the onboarding process for new hires in assigned teams.
- Orientation: Lead induction sessions for new hires in each designated team to ensure a successful onboarding experience.
- Probation/ performance appraisals: Collaborate with team managers to conduct probation/ performance appraisals for new hires including the learning report, self-review, peer-reviews, and manager's assessment.
- Timesheet administration: Process timesheets for monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy and resolving any related issues.
- Off-boarding coordination: Work with related teams to make sure the whole process runs smoothly and ensure a positive experience for exiting employees.
- HRIS: Manage and update employee information on HR systems, and generate reports upon management's requests.
- HR reports: Track and provide monthly reports and analysis on new hires and employee attrition for the designated teams.
- Employment administration: Prepare, process, and file labor contracts, NDAs, appendixes, termination decisions, and other written agreements for the designated business entity.
- Referral program verification: Assist in checking referral bonus requests.
- HR Helpdesk: Provide information and guidance to employees related to systems, HR-related processes, and policies.
- Employee engagement: Organize and support engagement initiatives such as sports activities, the Moon Festival, and other internal events to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Continuous improvement: Obtain and convey feedback while contributing ideas to improve the current processes and policies.
