Qualifications

  • 1~2 years of experience in Customer Success or IT provisioning or similar role
  • Some knowledge of provisioning processes and best practices
  • Experience with provisioning tools and systems
  • Good English communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage provisioning and billing setup for customers  
  • Timely delivery of customer provisioning processes and procedures
  • Moves/Adds/Changes (MACs) for all CreditorWatch customers
  • Manage day 1 customer setup (e.g. name-matching, data-washes& watchlist uploads)
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met consistently
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex provisioning issues
  • Review and action provisioning changes
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions
  • Maintain documentation of provisioning procedures
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and industry regulations
