About BOT Model

About our partner

Our partner is one of the largest banks in ASEAN in terms of total assets, providing a variety of financial services to both corporate and individual customers.

· Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or related fields

· Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in product development

· Good at English, both verbal and written, especially in the global software development environment

· Familiar with Agile/Scrum methodology

· Have experience with Figma, UI/UX for mobile application

· Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills

· Ability to work under pressure

NICE TO HAVE

· Good understanding of consumer banking products and services

· Good knowledge of technology and trends in digital banking/ fintech and knowledge

· Gather and lead business requirement development which relates to Business Application, in order to conduct initial requirement, screening for further processes on solution development

· Work cross-functionally with business, product, program, UI/UX designers, operation, IT, solutions which meet the business requirements

· Research to understand customers’ requirements, and build a best in class product and platform

· Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product according to business value

· Ensure new initiative product/ feature/ service compliance to internal, local and regional regulatory/ compliance requirements

· Address appropriate procedures to ensure compliance with applicable product rules, customer information security and system requirements
