Qualifications

  • More than 3 years experience in a Business Analyst or HR Systems role, ideally within a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Tools Exposure: Familiarity with one or more HR systems
  • Analytical Skills: Comfortable working with HR data and translating it into actionable insights.
  • Documentation: Experience writing user stories, process documents, and business requirements.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Technical Basics: Working knowledge of tools like Postman, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic understanding of APIs or integrations is a plus.
  • Fluent English communication is a must to work with oversea team on a daily basic

 

Responsibilities

HR Tech Stack & Systems Support:

  • Support day-to-day operations of HR systems including Rippling (HRIS), Lattice (performance management), and Lever (ATS).
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and refine system requirements.
  • Coordinate minor system updates, configuration changes, and user access management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data, integrations, or workflows with support from vendors or IT when needed.

Business Analysis & Process Improvement:

  • Translate business needs into clear documentation, user stories, and workflows.
  • Support the implementation of new features and enhancements across HR platforms.
  • Assist in process mapping and identifying opportunities to streamline HR operations.

Data & Reporting:

  • Ensure HR data integrity across systems and provide timely updates as needed.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on metrics such as headcount, performance trends, and recruitment data.
  • Support HR leadership with basic dashboards and visual reports for decision-making.

Project Coordination:

  • Help manage small to mid-scale HRIS-related projects or initiatives.
  • Track milestones, maintain documentation, and keep stakeholders informed of progress.
