Overview

Qualifications

  • 5-6 years working experience in Marketing and Communications

  • Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or related degree preferred

  • Experience in the technology sector and B2B is a plus

  • A positive thinker with a can-do attitude

  • Strong leadership, open-minded, highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, creative, and decisive

  • Able to work under pressure and muti-tasking

  • Having good public speaking skills is a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English

Responsibilities

MARKETING & BRANDING

  • Events: Manage external corporate events (APAC focus) from planning and execution to lead management and reporting

  • Digital marketing: Plan and execute customer acquisition/nurturing campaigns via digital channels, including but not limited to: SEO, SEM, Display Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, eDM, marketing automation etc.

  • Content creation:

    • Develop and execute a content marketing strategy across channels (case studies, blogs, social media posts, etc.) leveraging technology & tools where relevant

    • Develop marketing and sales support collaterals.

  • Branding: Monitor and manage corporate identity and branding across online and offline platforms

  • CSR/ESG: Collaborate with ESG committee to plan and roll out annual CSR and ESG programs internally and externally

INTERNAL COMMUNICATIONS

  • Company-wide events/Employee engagement activities:

    • Plan and organize events including town halls, company trips, new year parties, other occasional events such as Women's Day, Children's Day, Mid-Autumn, Halloween, Christmas

    • Consult other departments on internal activities when needed

OTHERS

  • Stakeholder collaboration and management: Collaborate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to implement all required projects

  • Other responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager
