• Strong experience in backend development with over 5 years of expertise in Java.
• Solid experience in JavaScript, with expertise in ReactJS, Redux and related libraries.
• Solid skills in software architecture and design.
• Excellent technical documentation abilities.
• Strong English communication skills (both verbal and written), particularly in global software development environments.
• Experience working in offshore software consulting environments.
• Previous exposure to video streaming platforms is a significant advantage, though not mandatory.

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Refactoring and standardization of existing systems.
• Documentation and alignment with governance and security standards.
• Auto-updating libraries and integrations with GCP.
• Writing clean, well-tested code that adheres to platform architecture and best practices.
• Provide continuous support and guidance to less senior colleagues through regular coaching activities and support them in fulfilling their personal development plans
