Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably within a global tech or software company
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal skills, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent customer and internal team relationship-building skills
  • Fluent in English.

 

Responsibilities

Operational Management and Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive improvement
  • Ensure all resources are focused to achieve high quality service performance
  • Work closely with senior management, product, engineering, customer support, and finance teams to drive operational efficiencies and meet business objectives
  • Act as a liaison between global teams to ensure that operational strategies and projects align with business needs across all regions.

Processes and Procedures

  • Establish, document, and continuously improve processes and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and quality
  • Implement best practices in project management and quality assurance
  • Ensure effective communication between the overseas office and our headquarters

 

Leadership and Team Development

  • Lead and manage the team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Mentor and develop team members, promoting professional growth and development.
  • Build and maintain a strong team culture aligned with the corporate office
  • Establish practices that promote a positive, inclusive company culture and attract diverse talent
