Role Scope Summary
The Salesforce QA role exists to:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on Salesforce applications.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices.
Experience with manual and automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Salesforce testing frameworks).
Familiarity with Salesforce configuration and development concepts.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical teams.
Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong focus on quality.
Ability to live the Pepperstone values.
Committed to ongoing learning and development.
Nice to have:
Experience with Data Cloud, MuleSoft, and Marketing Cloud is a bonus.
Experience with testing tools such as Selenium (and similar) is a bonus.
Experience in Financial Services, CFD, and Crypto is desirable.
We support flexible working. This position can be performed from both a mix of at our office and from home. Your manager will share details and expectations of your team’s regular cadence of working locations.
Design, create, and maintain comprehensive testing procedures, including detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for Salesforce applications and integrations.
Perform various types of testing, including functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA or similar systems.
Execute system, load, and integration tests to ensure the functionality, performance, and compatibility of Salesforce solutions.
Collaborate with developers and functional consultants to understand requirements and ensure defects are resolved effectively.
Participate in requirements review and design sessions to provide feedback on testability.
Automate testing processes where appropriate using testing tools and frameworks.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of QA standards and best practices.
Stay up-to-date with Salesforce features, releases, and testing methodologies.
Communicate test results and progress to stakeholders.
