Role Scope Summary

The Salesforce Integration Enigneer- MuleSoft role exists to:

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable integrations between Salesforce and other systems using MuleSoft solutions.
  • Contribute to the architecture and implementation of seamless data flow and process automation across different platforms.
  • Ensure the reliability, performance and security of integrations through effective testing and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in verbal and written English.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with a significant focus on MuleSoft

  • Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST, Bulk) and integration capabilities.

  • Expert proficiency in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, including Anypoint Studio, API Manager and Runtime Manager.

  • Experience with various integration patterns, data mapping, and transformation techniques.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • MuleSoft Certified Developer – Integration Professional certification is required; Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.

  • Understanding of security best practices for integrations and experience implementing secure integrations.

  • Experience with agile development methodologies.

  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud a bonus

  • Experience in Financial Services sector an advantage

 

Responsibilities

We support flexible working. This position can be performed from both a mix of at our office and from home. Your manager will share details and expectations of your team’s regular cadence of working locations.

  • Design, develop, and deploy integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

     

  • Work extensively with the Enterprise Architecture team to design integrations that meet critical business objectives and deliver value.

     

  • Participate in the full SDLC for integration projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing and deployment.

     

  • Collaborate with business analysts, Salesforce developers and other stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

     

  • Ensure efficiency of integrations, both in performance and cost.

     

  • Configure and manage MuleSoft connectors, flows, and transformations to ensure seamless data exchange.

     

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce integrations and MuleSoft applications.

     

  • Contribute to the development of technical documentation, including integration specifications, flow diagrams, and test plans.

     

  • Contribute and adhere to architecture and development guidelines and best practices for integrations.

  • Stay up to date with the latest MuleSoft and Salesforce integration technologies and best practices.

  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining code quality standards for integration solutions.
