WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all employees. Your responsibilities include:
Employee Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records across internal systems and provide reports upon request.
Employment Administration: Handle labor contracts, NDAs, appendices, termination documents, and other agreements. Assist newcomers with necessary administrative documents.
HR Support: Provide guidance on HR systems, policies, and processes.
Employee Engagement: Organize and support engagement initiatives such as sports activities, the Moon Festival, and other internal events to foster a positive workplace culture.
Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback and contribute ideas to enhance processes and policies.
