Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in the IT field including at least 1-2 years experience in the same role and level
  • Demonstrated experience in successfully operating large scale recruit campaigns
  • Experience in executive search firms or high-tech companies (a big plus)
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently (required)
  • A high-performance record and a valuable industry network
  • Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, time management skills, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking skills
  • Be results-oriented, self-motivated, self-confident, self-disciplined, and a self-starter
  • Be happy to coach, mentor, and train less senior colleagues

ISMS requirements (after onboarding):

  • Awareness of ISO:27001 standard and understanding about CBTW ISMS through internal/ external training courses (awareness training & refresh training also)

Responsibilities

  • Work with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs, update JDs and propose suitable solutions under specific timelines.
  • Work with the sourcing team to address the right candidates (they will provide support searching for CVs and running email campaigns).
  • Post the jobs on the company’s website, job boards, and social media.
  • Manage candidate networks, build trust and maintain a good rapport with candidates (communicated with job applicants, responded to candidate emails, answered the call about jobs).
  • Act as a consultant to candidates and passionately share our company’s values.
  • Act as a consultant to hiring managers and support them to acquire talents with an understanding of the market challenges.
  • Facilitate English and technical online tests and also facilitate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Ensure the expectations of the candidates and those of the company are both met.
  • Maintain daily updates on recruitment systems (Jira & ATS).
  • Participate in daily short meetings with the Team/Manager.
  • Carry out other recruitment tasks when assigned by the team manager.
  • Provide continuous support and guidance to less senior colleagues through regular coaching activities and support them in fulfilling their personal development plans.
