The Role
The product owner of the Platform Team will, in collaboration with other members of Global, initially drive the roadmap for the platform (growing into a position where you are assisting in creating the roadmap) and ensure the InfoTrack business is aligned globally. A perfect role for candidates wishing to grow into Product Management in the future.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including strong English,
Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders in a large organization with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
Familiar with Agile concepts, especially Scrum, Scaled Agile experience preferred,
Proven experience working with a Platform type product in a prior role.
Familiar with business concepts such as eCommerce, CRM (customer relationship management) software, Financial aspects (such as billing, invoicing, tax), and order processing systems (from placement to fulfillment).
Genuine interest in technology and industry trends.
We are seeking a Product Owner to join the Global Platform Team in Vietnam:
Translate a vision for back-end services in your portfolio (like APIs) into tangible deliverables.
Participate in stakeholder sessions with development teams in all geos to uncover requirements, use cases, opportunities for improvement, and evangelize the platform and best practices for product teams.
Maintain and prioritize the backlog, triage bugs and feature requests, and ensure all stakeholders know what to expect on delivery of features and fixes.
Run all Agile ceremonies and maintain product backlogs, sprints, through to release management and comms.
Become a subject matter expert on the Platform from a product perspective.
