About BOT Model 

Our BOT model provides a long-term solution for successfully delivering your product roadmap without outsourcing your software development. In just a few weeks, we can set up dedicated software development teams in Vietnam which will be steadily integrated in your organization and can eventually be fully transferred. 

Qualifications

WHAT SHOULD YOU HAVE

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst working in a cross-functional Agile product team.
  • Familiarity with the Agile/Scrum development process.
  • Experience in documenting user and market requirements in the form of user stories.
  • Demonstrated understanding of business processes and process differentiation.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Excellent listening skills and a commitment to clear and timely communication.
  • Ability to work independently as well as a collaborative team member.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality documentation and customer communications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Experience with Jira and Confluence is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

WHAT WILL YOU DO

  • Triage issues and collaborate with engineers to find resolutions.
  • Provide support by answering technical questions from internal teams (e.g., how the integration works and troubleshooting any issues).
  • Assist external partners with understanding how their integrations connect to our product (API support).
  • Help with the testing and validation of integrations.
  • Document business requirements for data exchanges and system integrations related to our ecosystem, offering guidance to partners building to our best practices.
  • Evaluate our existing integrations and optimize related workflows.
