Although qualifications aren’t vital for this role, previous experience within the either Commercial Trade Credit or Finance could be highly advantageous
A firm understanding of the key documentation, as it relates to Trade Credit, is beneficial. For example Terms & Conditions, Director Guarantees, Privacy Statements
Experience in a similar role translating customer requirements into application process is highly advantageous
A proven ability working within similar products or roles is adventageous
An ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of the Commercial Credit industy

Your Impact:
Performance:
KPIs – Meet KPIs specifically related to completing implementations within an agree time frame
Ensure implementation tasks are provided to you with sufficient hours allocated for completion of the work
The Sales Specialists will be responsible for ensuring implementations are appropriately charged for where applicable.
Ensure customer enquiries are responded to in a timely manner including taking ownership of technical or product issues which require an escalation. Typically this is managed via the Jira ticketing system
Top 5’s: Meet structured milestones in the format of Thirdly “Top5s”.
Process:
Manage your relevant internal stakeholders in Product, Sales & Customer Success. Collaboration requirements include:
Product feedback: Liaise with Product to ensure BAU requirements are communicated as applicable. In addition provide market feedback to Product relating to potential enhancements & feature requests.
Sales Specialists: Where applicable provide context, via a handover document, to the Sales Specialist Team to ensure the customer has continuity and a positive onboarding experience with Creditorwatch.
