As a Senior React Native Engineer, you will join our Software Engineering service line, where we are engineering scalable, innovative software solutions that empower and redefine industries.

What is your profile?

You: 

1. Essential Technical Skills:

• Strong experience with React and React Native.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Excellent CSS skills for building responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience with NodeJS for backend development.
• Familiarity with Tailwind for utility-first CSS design.
• Solid understanding of UI Testing using tools such as Cypress, Jest, Enzyme, and Detox.
• Strong knowledge of software development best practices, including source control, continuous integration, and delivery.
• Familiar with test automation, DevOps, and SRE practices, and willing to integrate these into the team culture.

2. Advantageous Technical Skills:

• Experience with AWS services such as S3, CloudFront, and Amplify.
• Familiarity with MongoDB for NoSQL database solutions.
• Experience with Apollo and GraphQL for data querying and management.
• Knowledge of event-driven microservices architecture.
• Experience with Redux for state management in React applications.

What is your role? 

You will be part of a journey where you will have two impacts: a client impact and an internal impact. For the internal impact, based on your skills and time, you will be joining our internal community at CBTW, to share knowledge and best practices. For the client impact, tasks can vary depending on the client and the project, but as a Senior React Native Developer, you will mainly: 

• Lead app design direction, ensuring UI consistency across applications.

• Collaborate with designers and UX to implement UI components.

• Stay updated on development technologies and drive modern UI techniques.

• Mentor team members and enforce coding standards.

• Conduct code reviews and implement automated testing for code reliability.

• Participate in architectural discussions and optimize app performance.

• Resolve technical issues, improve cross-platform compatibility, and address UI bugs.

• Maintain up-to-date documentation and deliver high-quality work on time.

• Work with stakeholders to deliver features with an MVP approach.

• Lead epics and mentor junior engineers.
