Overview

This role is responsible for data integrity (including updating financial data), creating reports and analysing data for CreditorWatch. It is a hands-on financial operations admin role responsible for delivering data, metrics and insight to internal customers.

Qualifications

  • Accounting degree and previous experience within the either Commercial Trade Credit or Tech (Software as a Service) industry would be desirable. 

 

Competencies (Essential behaviour required for the role): 

  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. 
  • Experience in VB Scripting, Jira and Confluence (preferred but not essential) 
  • Experience working within similar roles is advantageous 
  • An ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of the Financial analysis and Commercial Credit industry 
  • Great written communication skills 
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills 
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Self-motivated and organised with an ability to prioritise.

Responsibilities

  • Assist our finance and operations teams with data entry, data management and data validation in various internal systems. (We also provide you with the training, equipment and an environment required for you to thrive and succeed in the role). 
  • Various administration tasks periodically (weekly/monthly) and ad-hoc. 
  • Meet KPIs specifically related to completing administration, reporting and analytical tasks within an agreed time frame. 
  • Ensure enquiries are responded to in a timely manner including taking ownership of issues which require an escalation. Typically this is managed via the Jira ticketing system. 
  • Top 5’s: Meet structured milestones in the format of Thirdly “Top5s”.
