• Degree in IT/Technology related disciplines.
• Experience in banks systems (Trade Finance systems is a plus)
• Technical programming skills is a must! Hands one experience in software implementation technology.
• Min 5+ years of projects leadership experience preferred in the financial industry.
• Experience managing few to many banking software teams and projects.
• Managing software development projects in Agile environments.
• Ideally, insights into banking processes, but necessarily an interest in combining IT and Finance.
• Programming skills of either, Java, C / C ++, Delphi or similar.
• Communication and presentation skills in English is a MUST, other languages are advantage.
• Excellent customer orientation, decision-making, and an analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach.
• Project management certification is good to have (e.g., PMI, PRINCE, etc.)

In line with our expansion plan, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our talented team to contribute to CBTW’s growth and help us maintain our position as an innovative company.

The beginning starts with intensive training. Then we successively assign you the lead of challenging agile software projects. In doing so, the strings will come together with you when you lead your projects as a central planner and coordinator through all phases with different departments and external contact partners.

• You continuously monitor the daily progress of projects in terms of time, scope, and quality - from initiation to take-over to ongoing operations.
• You are actively involved in the project tasks, define the requirements, create the technical concept, program, and undertake quality assurance.
• Finally, you can prove your presentation talent in workshops and training courses you have created and performed.
